A Variety of Sizes and Styles To begin with, the kits are available in two styles–bow-fronted and rectangular and four sizes: 26, 45, 55 and 29 U.S. gallons. The aquariums are made of polished edged glass that is sealed with black silicone. The 26 and 45 gallon tanks are bow-fronted. The 55-gallon tank comes in a wide rectangular format. The 29 U.S. gallon comes in two rectangular styles: tall and wide. All the kits include a fluorescent canopy with an electronic ballast and an Aqua-Glo T8 fluorescent bulb.

Powerful, Quiet and Easy to Maintain Filter
The kit includes a Fluval C Power Filter, a premium clip-on filter that’s easy to install and maintain. It has more than ample power to provide powerful water circulation.
Manufactured in Italy, it creates superior water quality, thanks to thorough 5-stage filtration.
A thick poly/foam filter traps large and fine debris in a thorough 2-stage mechanical filtration process. The foam slides out easily for cleaning.
Activated carbon, located in a removable basket, performs thorough chemical filtration and effectively removes toxins.
In the final two stages, a Bio-Screen pad has a large biological surface area for friendly bacteria to colonize. The screen also blocks debris from entering a trickle chamber that’s filled with C-Nodes, which are super-charged for efficient nitrification.
The filter includes all required media: Foam, Activated Carbon, C-Nodes and a Bio-Screen Pad.
The power filter features a patented refiltration control system that slows down water output, creating a gentle flow to protect delicate fish and plants. Slower water circulation means water stays longer in the filter, resulting in cleaner aquarium water.
The filter’s modular design allows you to manage each stage separately and make media changes at different times to maintain continuous biological activity. This results in a stress-free environment and ensures clear aquarium water.
Premium Submersible Heater
The kits also include a Fluval M Premium Aquarium Heater, manufactured in Italy using superior components and construction. Sleek and compact, the submersible heater can be used in fresh and saltwater and provides exceptional performance and reliability. Other accessories
The kits also come with an LCD Thermometer that accurately displays water temperature, Nutrafin Max fish food, Nutrafin Aqua Plus water conditioner and Cycle Biological Supplement, and a soft 10 cm (4 in) mesh net for fragile fish.
